Lacey M. Modell

Lacey focuses her practice on all real estate transactions. Lacey represents clients in the purchase and sale of existing and planned commercial properties, including shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and hotels located across the country. Lacey’s practice includes drafting and negotiating of Purchase and Sale Agreements, conducting due diligence, and guiding clients through Closing. In addition, Lacey represents financial institutions in secured lending transactions involving large-scale real estate companies and developers. Lacey represents both landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial and residential properties.

Lacey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Lacey is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
